20 Days

Alright...so they say that when it hurts (your muscles), that's when you're improving. But I submit to you, improving or not, it is not a great idea to run 8 miles the day after a 10K race. But what choice do we have some times? We're only 20 days from a major race, and we can't afford to lose the miles, especially if we missed a key long run this weekend for the race!
